  How to Build Performance Tasks to Teach Complex Concepts.

In this webinar that I saw, the provider provided some examples and interpretations on how to develop student's performance through specific incentives and accurate records and allow them to resolve advanced tasks. This online discussion has been made with three other participants who participated in explanation and highlighting the expected response that was acquired when something is properly provided for the student.

TASK MEASURING: 

The presenter gave two examples about "cupcake" that needed three third grade classes in which nine students each, or four classes of third grade after 18 students. Participants have agreed to use cupcakes on this example of it is to draw the attention of students using something they love (cupcake) in order to learn math easier. Moreover, the different colors of these cakes will help each student focus on the concept of multiplication in his imagination and connect the multiplication factor to this examples will help reach mathematical thinking rather than fueling each time.

EVALUATION OF COMPETENCIES:

All participants emphasized that the teacher should be accurate and straightforward in assessing each students competencies against a specific scale that all students are already familiar with and agree on. When a student meets the criteria for enrollment in calligraphy, word count, punctuation, spelling, capitalization and understanding..... they must receive a full credit on a fair basis even if other competencies are missed.

STIMULUS COMPLEXITY:

Part of the responsibility of the teacher is to monitor the child to see what kind of stimulus responds to him, and what makes it difficult for the child to respond despite the existence of many types of stimulation.
The presenter then classified the catalyst into two categories as shown below:
- What kind of motivation is required for each task (right choice).
- How many drawings students should read in each session and not get bored.
- Rely on scientific motivation that works to understand more.

TASK PROCESSING COMPLEXITY:

Example of the above:
Determine the level of complexity of the incentives for the following examples:
Different fossils and shells are distributed among many geographical areas and students are asked to conclude the relationship between the sites. Type, weather, and the amount to which these fossils are distributed.
Ask participants to determine the level of complexity in this example. Everyone agreed that the synthesis and analysis.

The Lebanese rose up. An uprising exceeded all expectations. I went beyond all the ready-made theories that foster the perception of the Lebanese people. 
An uprising brought angry people from all communities and from all regions.
An uprising shortens the angry hearts of many Lebanese, because they have discovered great deals behind the political settlement that brought the opposites together, shocked by the behavior of the ruler who ignites crises rather than extinguish them, and because of the worsening of unemployment after an election in which they heard promises of job opportunities up to one million opportunities. Because of the infringement of private and public freedoms, because of the spread of poverty and because of contempt for intelligence and disregard for efficiency. And all that on the smell of wasre and sewers.

My first experience with the technology course I wished it didn't end. It was fun and new! In this course we learn how to use the technology, I am very interested to this course. I hope to be a wonderful class, I hope to learn a lot of important thing in this course that can be uses in future when they teach in schools. I will enjoyable on this class.I really need to discover a lot. Maybe one day I may have my own technological school.The aim of this course is to increasing and widening the professional knowledge of the participant in a certain field of technology about modern technical applications of technology and the latest research achievement.Technology is a wide world that is being updated and developed in a day, so teachers have to be up to date! They should be given the chance to build a new generation that uses technology as a weapon to gain knowledge.
